The duration of the workouts varies from 10-35 minutes depending on the type of exercise and intensity.

The mandatory equipment includes only a gymnastics mat. Optionally, you can purchase yoga blocks. It is not necessary, although it would be beneficial.

This course is designed for daily workouts.

There will not be full days without workouts, but the program is designed so that you have time to rest and recover. 

The workouts are suitable for both beginners and more experienced athletes.

You can exercise at any time and at any convenient place for you.

Access to the workouts and all materials is extended for two weeks from the end of the program.
